Our Division  Managers

Our Division Managers oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping and tax planning function for their clients. Each of our members is assigned to a division to enable us to provide quality, efficient and personalized service for their funeral home.

	Donna CLEETON Donna has been employed with Federated for over 25 years, during which time she has gained valuable knowledge & experience.  She began her career in the Accounts Receivable department before transferring to Accounting, where she has advanced from the position of accounting clerk to assuming the role of Division Manager in 2020.			Kevin CODEMO, EA Kevin began his career at Federated over 30 years ago as an intern and worked his way up to his current position as a Division Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois, Springfield. He is an Enrolled Agent.
	Gale SADDLER, CPA Gale has been with Federated since 2013 and is a knowledgeable accounting professional with over 25 years of experience. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from University of South Florida. Gale also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University.			Janell ENTWISTLE, EA Janell Entwistle joined Federated Funeral Directors of America in 1993 and she provides 25+ years of experience working with funeral homes preparing financial statements as well as personal and business tax returns. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, became an Enrolled Agent in 2006 and has been a Division Manager since 2011.
	Pam HOUCHIN, EA Pam has been with Federated for over 30 years and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from working within multiple divisions in a variety of different job functions. She has been a Division Manager since 2002 and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1997.			Penny YEMM Penny has been employed with Federated for over 20 years. She began her career with Federated in the accounting department, moved on to work in the set-up department and then on to an Accountant Supervisor. In 2015, Penny was promoted to Division Manager. Penny places a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
	Dustin WEAR, EA Dustin has been with Federated for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois College. He has held Enrolled Agent credentials since 2018 and was promoted to Division Manager in 2020. Over the course of his tenure, he has had the opportunity to work with many seasoned professionals deepening his knowledge and experience in doing so.			Kevin ROBSON Kevin has been with Federated since 1983.  He began his career in the accounting and set-up departments in the office before accepting a position in the field as a Field Consultant, where he worked for over 20 years.  In 2017, Kevin returned to the office as a Division Manager.  Kevin possesses a wide and diverse knowledge base gained from his unique combination of work experience.
	DJ DESCOVICH, EA  DJ has been with Federated since 2012 and during this time has advanced his career from the position of bank clerk to his current role as Division Manager. Over the course of his tenure, DJ has developed extensive experience in bookkeeping specific to the funeral profession. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting as well as Enrolled Agent credentials.			Ashley GIBBS, EA Ashley is a strong professional serving Federated members for over 15 years.  She attained her Enrolled Agent credentials in 2015 and is able to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.  Ashley leads her team with an emphasis on customer service and has strong experience in financial statement preparation and income tax return preparation.
